About Applying
The first step in starting your application is identifying what type of applicant you are. This will help you determine if you qualify for admission to UF Online. It will also help you know which documents are required with your application. Your applicant type is based off the number of transferable college credits you will have earned prior to your intended first term in our program.

Application Types
Lower Division Transfer
Earned 12-59 transferable college credits after high school graduation
Lower Division TransferUpper Division Transfer
Earned 60 or more transferable college credits after high school graduation, including Associate of Arts (AA) degree holders
Upper Division TransferSecond Bachelor's
Earned a bachelor’s degree and seeking a second bachelor’s degree
Second Bachelor'sReadmission
Students previously enrolled in a degree seeking program at the University of Florida
ReadmissionNon-Traditional Applicants
